A Hard Desk In This ‘Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!’ Anime TV Series German-Dubbed Clip

2 min read

You just can’t keep the  Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya franchise down. With a couple of TV seasons behind it and a couple of feature films, we now have the series making its way out to German audiences through Peppermint Anime. The distributor previously set the release of the third season on Blu-ray with a November 3rd, 2022 debut for the 2wei Herz segment and now has their latest dub clip out for it that involves a little time in class that’s not easy.

It’s definitely a show that works well in this language for a number of reasons. The set comes with clean theme songs, five mini-episodes, and five class cards.

Each season has run for ten episodes previously with the fourth set at twelve. They’re directed by Shin Oounuma and based on scripts by Hazuki Minase with character designs by Kazuya Hirata. Silver Link worked on the animation production itself.

The cast includes Kaori Nazuka as Miyu Edelfelt, Mai Kadowaki as Illyasviel von Einzbern, Aya Endo as Gil, Chiwa Saito as Chloe Von Einzbern, Hitomi Nabatame as Bazett Fraga McRemitz, Kana Ueda as Rin Tohsaka, Misato Fukuen as Tanaka, Naoko Takano as Magical Ruby, Rie Kugimiya as Beatrice Flowerchild, Ryoko Shiraishi as Angelica, Shizuka Itou as Luviagelita Edelfelt, Sumire Morohoshi as Erika and Yumi Kakazu as Magical Sapphire.

The property deals with the alternate world setting from the Fate/stay night universe as written and illustrated by Hiroshi Hiroyama. The series began in 2007 and has run several short-run series with each working its own progression and theme while tied to the larger work.

Sentai Filmworks has licensed the first three seasons and released the first series on DVD and Blu-ray in bilingual form.

Property concept: Spin-off of Fate/stay night with Illyasviel von Einzbern as the protagonist, living an alternate life as a schoolgirl. While taking a bath, she stumbles upon Kaleido Stick Ruby, who turns her into a magical girl.
