The winter 2023 anime adaptation of the Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte light novels from Suzu Enoshima are now getting their home video release plans set. The twelve-episode series is set for a two-set release from DMM Pictures. They’ll arrive on April 26th, 2023 and May 31st, 2023 priced at 18,000 yen each. Check out the full details below.
The series is directed by Fumihiro Yoshimura and based on the scripts overseen by Tomoko Konparu. Miyuki Katayama is handling the character designs with Tezuka Productions handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Tomori Kusunoki as Lieselotte Riefenstahl, Yuichi Nakamura as Siegwald Fitzenhagen, Kaito Ishikawa as Aoto Endo, Kana Hanazawa as Shihono Kobayashi, Miyu Tomita as Fiene, Tomokazu Sugita as Baldur Riefenstahl, and Ryota Ohsaka as Artur Richter.
DAZBEE is set to perform the opening theme song “Ibitsu na Kotoba” while Anna will perform the ending theme song “Hana no Yō ni.”
The light novel series from Suzu Enoshima began in 2019 and has two volumes out so far. A manga adaptation is underway by Rumiwo Sakaki. The series was recently picked up for English adaptation by J-Novel Club.

Plot Concept: One day, Crown Prince Sieg hears the Voices of the Gods out of the blue. Apparently, his fiancée Lieselotte is a “tsun de rais” villainess destined to meet her demise…and her sharp tongue is just a way of covering up her embarrassment. The prince can hardly contain himself after discovering Lieselotte’s adorable hidden side. Little does he know, the heavenly beings that bestowed this knowledge unto him are actually high schoolers!
Can he use their divine prophecy to save his betrothed and avoid a Bad End?!
