The fall 2022 anime series Do It Yourself! is getting its home video releases handled by Avex Pictures and they’ve set a standard schedule for it. The twelve-episode series is getting done as a four-volume Blu-ray release that begins on December 23rd, 2022. The first volume has a limited edition priced at 17,000 yen while there’s also a regular edition priced at 12,000 yen, which is what the remaining volumes are priced at as well.
With the first set just out, we’ve now got a look at the cover artwork for the second volume that arrives on January 27th, 2023.
The project has Kazuhiro Yoneda directing it based on the scripts written and overseen by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu. Yuusuke Matsuo is handling the character designs with PINE JAM handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Konomi Inagaki as Serufu, Kana Ichinose as Purin [Miku Suride], Ayane Sakura as Kurei [Rei Yasaku], Azumi Waki as Takumi [Takumi Hikage], Karin Takahashi as Shii [Kokoro Kouki], and Nichika Omori as Jobko [Juliet Queen Elizabeth VIII].

Plot Concept: Building furniture and friendships have a lot in common. Intention, effort, and hard work are needed for both crafts. This is a story of girls in a DIY club building both as they carve out their futures. None of it comes easy, but that doesn’t stop any of ’em. Furniture, friendships, and the future—they’re building it all with their own hands!
