The folks at ICv2 have pulled together the data to build a top twenty list of what moved during the month of December 2022 when it came to non-kids graphic novels. While the last few months have given up a slot for a non-manga title, January through June 2022 brought us back to the majority of the list being full of manga.
December has arrived and we’ve gone from two last month to one this month. That has the new release of TMNT: The Last Ronin in its hardcover edition coming in at the tenth spot.
This month saw Viz Media dominate things as expected with the new release for Spy x Family going well and the continued interest in Chainsaw Man amid the debut of the anime making clear its potential.
The first volume of Blue Lock provides something new to the list from Kodansha Comics while Dark Horse has the first Berserk release.
