The winter 2019 anime adaptation of the Kaguya-sama: Love is War manga led to the spring 2020 second season that wrapped up very well for fans. The new season started up with an April 8th, 2022 premiere and Crunchyroll is handling the simulcast for it. With the finale now out there, the end of the episode that came out on June 24th, 2022 revealed that more anime is coming for it.
We learned in July 2022 that the feature film comes with the subtitle The First Kiss Never Ends. That’s from the manga arc itself and takes place after the third season, giving us a good idea of where things will fit in. The film saw a formal December 17th, 2022 premiere for it in Japan and it’s doing well with its theatrical run so far.
While domestic screenings aren’t coming until February 2023, the Japanese side is doing some now-showing promotion for the project as a new trailer has come out from the official account below that highlights the music from within.
