Top 20 Manga Graphic Novels For October 2022

While we saw the overall month explored before with the general mix of graphic novels for the month of October 2022, ICv2 has now broken out the manga to its own category to explore and see how things went down. While the world of manga struggles with getting reprints out there for older volumes, especially for smaller series, this month also shows a rare change in that Viz dominates but we do get three slots that go to other publishers.

We’ve seen the natural cooling down of the Spy x Family property and only one volume is in the top twenty at the moment. Ten volumes of Chainsaw Man show up in the chart, however, so that’s definitely the show of the moment and that largely happened before the anime began. One new series charts with Dandadan in at fifteenth.

When it comes to non-Viz Media books, only one of them this time around with Toilet-Bound Hanako-chan coming in at eighth for Yen Press.
