Tubi TV previously added another piece to their catalog that’s definitely one that’s interesting and somewhat controversial for fans with the 3DCG version of Harlock: Space Pirate. The film is streamed in its original Japanese language with English subtitles and is now available for free viewing here.
While that happened in 2015, the streaming service was finally recently able to add the English dubbed version of it to the service which can be found here.

The 2013 feature film was directed by Shinji Aramaki based on the screenplay by Harutoshi Fukui and Kiyoto Takeuchi.
The Japanese cast includes Shun Oguri as Captain Harlock, Arata Furuta as Yattaran, Haruma Miura as Yama, Miyuki Sawashiro as Kei Yūki, Toshiyuki Morikawa as Isola, and Yū Aoi as Mīme.
The English dub was directed by Steven Foster with a cast that includes Adam Gibbs as Yama / Logan, David Matranga as Captain Harlock, Emily Neves as Mimay, Jessica Boone as Kei Yuki, Mike Yager as Ezra, Rebekah Stevens as Nami, and Rob Mungle as Yulian.
Plot concept: Captain Harlock rebelled against the Allied Forces and has been plundering spaceships for one hundred years. Why did he rebel? How does he survive for one hundred years? With awe and fear to the legendary captain, the Allied Forces issue an order to assassinate Harlock.
