Critical Mass Video is bringing back another title from the catalog for release after being spun off from Right Stuf with Maison Plaisir. The sixty-minute two-part hentai OVA series is scheduled for release on November 1st, 2022 and when it was first solicited it was listing as going from $14.99 with its last release to $24.95 for this new release.
Now, the listing page for it has changed to be the same as the re-release of Girl Next Door where it’s $19.95 as it’s a “first-time” release under its new ownership/separation from Right Stuf.
The show was originally known in Japan as Gekka Bijin, but it was renamed to Maison Plasir when brought over here to try and hook it in with other popular titles and draw viewers. The show was animated by Discovery, who produced Mystery of the Necronomicon and Slave Market.
The 18+ release is a DVD-only release in bilingual form with English subtitles and has no extras.
