
The fall 2018 anime series RErideD is getting its home video releases handled by Funimation in North America and we’ve seen it get home video releases in North America and elsewhere. Now, as part of the move of shows from Funimation’s legacy streaming service to Crunchyroll, the English dub for this series has now been brought over. The Japanese language with English subtitles version of it was made available previously.

Takuya Sato directed the series with the series composition handled by Kenji Konuta. Yoshitoshi ABe worked on the character designs.
The English dub was directed by Caitlin Glass with scripts by Marissa Lenti and a cast that includes Adam Gibbs as Derrida Yvain, Ben Bryant as Jaques Yvain, Brian Mathis as Vidaux Volker, Bryn Apprill as Mage Bilstein, Colleen Clinkenbeard as Donna, Dani Chambers as Mayuka, Howard Wang as Graham, Natalie Hoover as Yuri Dietrich, Phil Parsons as Hans Andrei, and Seth Magill as Nathan Bilstein.
The Japanese cast includes Kensho Ono as Derrida Yvain, Himikawa Akaneya as Yuri Dietrich, MAO as Mage Bilstein, Hiroo Sasaki as Vidaux Völker, Kaede Hondo as Mayuka, Kazutomi Yamamoto as Graham, Yu Kobayashi as Donna, Takahiro Sakurai as Nathan Bilstein, Minoru Inaba as Hans Andrei, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Schmidt Maier, Haruki Ishiya as Funt, Wataru Komada as Katze, and Kenichirou Matsuda as Jacques Yvain.

Plot Concept: After discovering a fatal flaw in the Autonomous Machine DZ, Derrida is caught in a terrible conspiracy that nearly costs him his life. Instead, his best friend sacrifices himself to save Derrida, but makes one final request: “Take care of Mage.” Now, waking up ten years in the future, a wanted criminal in a war-torn world, he must find a way to stop this war of machines and find Mage. Together with a ragtag group of allies, will he find his best friend’s daughter, or the key to save the world?
