The Review:

Yukina comes across an adorable cat. I already know I’m going to love this episode. We all know that Yukina loves cats. Who can blame her? They’re adorable. If she could spend time with the cat, she would. But she has rehearsal right now! Heartbreaking. She tries to distance herself from the cat but it follows her. Randomly, the cat starts jumping and gets stuck in a tree. Oh no! Yukina can’t allow such a cute creature to be stuck in a tree. She climbs the tree and secures the cat. Unfortunately, the branch she’s on breaks and everything goes black. Gosh, I sure hope she’s okay!
Yukina eventually arrives at CiRCLE. I guess she’s fine! But wait, why is everyone petting her and calling her adorable? It would appear that she switched bodies with the cat. You’ve got to be kitten! Yeah, I just made a cat pun. What’re you going to do about it? Anyway, Yukina is in quite the predicament. She has faith that Lisa will know it’s her. She doesn’t though. I mean, who would know that the cat is Yukina!? She proceeds to jump into Lisa’s shirt and tickle her. Unnecessary, but adorable. Hey, what about the cat? Does that mean it’s in Yukina’s body? Yes, yes it does. Conveniently, Hina arrives a few moments later with cat Yukina. Cat Yukina proceeds to immediately nuzzle Sayo’s cheek. Everyone is understandably shocked by this scene, especially Hina. Yukina, who’s the cat right now, throws herself into the air and headbutts her body. Once again, everything goes black.
When Yukina awakens, she’s back in her body. Phew! Sayo thinks they should cancel the rehearsal, probably because she’s embarrassed about what happened. Yukina isn’t having any of that though. The rehearsal will continue as planned, nya! Yukina is back in her body but still nyas. I’m okay with this. All’s well that ends well.
In Summary:
I’ve reviewed BanG Dream! for a while now and I’d like to think by now that everyone knows I have an extreme Roselia bias. That being said, this was the most adorable episode I have ever watched and there’s nothing you can say to change my mind. I was expecting to see Yukina in a cat costume judging by the title of the episode. Instead, we got Yukina as an actual cat. I never knew I needed to see this but here we are. And don’t even get me started with that Sayo scene. Jealous Hina? My heart can’t take so much adorableness. Simply put, this episode was purrfect. Yeah, I just dropped another cat pun. I’m feline good about it, too. I regret nothing.
