Top 20 Adult Graphic Novels For January 2022

The folks at ICv2 have pulled together the data to build a top twenty list of what moved during the month of January 2022 when it came to non-kids graphic novels. While the last few months have given up a slot for a non-manga title, this one brings us back to the whole list being full of manga.

Viz Media dominates the list with eighteen of the slots but has the new Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba—Stories of Water and Flame one-shot release at the top of the chart. Three of the regular volumes fill in the chart and there are a lot of other familiar titles.

Yen Press has had Toilet-Bound Hanako charting for most of the year but just with its first volume but it’s the second volume that gets on here in twentieth while the first is at eleventh. Kodansha Comics has the first and thirty-fourth volumes of Attack on Titan charting as well.
