Weekly Shonen Sunday revealed back in August 2021that one of the spinoffs from Detective Conan is getting made into a TV anime series with Detective Conan: Police Academy Arc Wild Police Story. The project comes from manga writer/artist Takahiro Arai which began in 2019 and wrapped up in 2020 with two volumes produced for it.
Now, it looks like two more spinoffs from the Detective Conan manga are getting anime adaptations. Mayuko Kanba’s Detective Conan: Hannin no Hanzawa-san manga and Takahiro Arai’s Detective Conan: Zero no Tea Time manga have now both been slotted for an adaptation of some sort. The first series has six volumes out as of this month while the second has five volumes.
