‘Deep Insanity: The Lost Child’ Anime Adds New Promo, Sets Premiere

The Deep Insanity game from Square Enix is getting an anime and manga project as well. The anime adaptation is going by the name Deep Insanity: The Lost Child and is set between the manga and the game. The official site has now updated with some welcome information as we have a new key visual below and a new promo through which an October 12th, 2021 premiere date was set. Additionally, some new casting information was revealed as well.

The anime adaptation is directed by Shin Oonuma based on the series composition by Kento Shimoyama. Kazuyuki Yamayoshi is designing the characters and SILVER LINK is handling the animation adaptation.

The Japanese cast includes:

  • Hiro Shimono as Daniel Kai Shigure
  • Ami Koshimizu as Vera Rustamova
  • Kousuke Toriumi as Leslie Blanc
  • Yūya Hirose as Lawrence Larry Jackson
  • Ruriko Noguchi as Reika Kobato
  • Kaede Hondo as Sumire Motiki
  • Takako Tanaka as EL-Cee

The opening theme song is “Inochi no Tomoshibi” by Konomi Suzuki, while the ending theme song is “Shinjuiro no Kakumei” by Kashitaro Ito.

Due to huge wealth, organizational plots, or their own ambitions, people bet their lives on the depths of a mysterious new world.
