The summer 2021 anime adaptation of Megami-ryo no Ryobo-kun is known as Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory and Kadokawa is handling the home video releases in Japan. The ten-episode series is getting two box sets for its release beginning on October 27th, 2021 and ending on November 26th, 2021. Both sets are priced at 15,000 yen each and have five episodes per set. Check out the details below and the special benefits by store here.
Shunsuke Nakashige will be directing it based on the scripts supervised by Masashi Suzuki. Maiko Okada is on board with the character designs and animation production is being handled by asread.
The Japanese cast includes Misuzu Yamada as Kōshi Nagumo, Ayaka Nanase as Atena Saotome, Chiaki Takahashi as Mineru Wachi, Risako Murai as Kiriya Senshō, Asaki Fukuyama as Fley, Yuki Yomichi as Serene Hozumi, and Hikaru Nanjō as Sutea Kōroya.
The manga comes from Ikumi Hino which began serialization in Monthly shonen ace back in 2017 and has six volumes out as of January 2021.

Plot Concept: Down-on-his-luck Koushi Nagumo wanders the streets unemployed, homeless and in search of his next meal. His fortunes improve after a chance meeting with a vivacious young woman whose proposition seemingly solves nearly all his problems. Thanks to her, Koushi enters the welcoming halls of a dormitory at a women’s college… only this particular assignment is no stuffy, sleepy affair. The Goddess’ Dormitory is known for housing the college’s most unruly students! If he wants to keep a roof over his head, Koushi must become the “Dormitory Mother” charged with maintaining order and good discipline. But doing his job and keeping his sanity are no small feat with characters as endearingly eccentric and untamable as these!
