Madman Schedules ‘Infinite Dendrogram’ Anime Anime DVD/BD/LE Releases

The winter 2020 anime series based on the light novel series from Sakon Kaido with Infinite Dendrogram is getting some new distribution set up for it. Australian distributor Madman Entertainment has now set up the show for release in their region with a planned July 7th, 2021 debut. It’s getting a regular edition Blu-ray priced at $64.95 but it’s also getting the DVD/BD Limited-Edition combo on the same day for $109.95. Both sets will feature the thirteen-episode run in bilingual form and the same extras below. The LE will also come with art cards, a keyring, and stickers.

Tomoki Kobayashi directed based on the series composition by Yuichiro Momose. Masahiko Nakata worked on the character designs with NAZ handling the animation production.

The Japanese cast includes Sōma Saitō as Ray Starling, Yuko Ōno as Nemesis, Satoshi Hino as Shu Starling, Makoto Koichi as Rook Holmes, Yūki Takada as Babylon, Ayumu Murase as Hugo Lesseps, Yui Ogura as Cyco, Yōko Hikasa as Marie Adler, Aoi Yūki as Liliana Grandria, Natsumi Haruse as Milianne Grandria, Shiori Izawa as Cheshire, Kenichi Suzumura as Figaro, and Nao Tōyama as Xunyu.

The English dub has Tabitha Ray directing and the cast includes Kyle Phillips as Ray Starling, Mikaela Krantz as Nemesis, Chris Guerrero as Shu Starling, Megan Shipman as Liliana Grandria, and Tia Ballard as Cheshire.

The light novels from Sakon Kaido began in 2015 and have nine volumes out as of the premiere. A manga adaptation began in 2016 from Kami Imai that has four volumes out. J-Novel Club has been publishing both novels and manga.

The series features the opening theme ‘Unbreakable” by Aoi Yuki and the closing theme song “Reverb” by Aya Uchida.

Plot Concept: In the year 2043, Infinite Dendrogram, the world’s first successful full-dive VRMMO was released. In addition to its ability to perfectly simulate the five senses, along with its many other amazing features, the game promised to offer players a world full of infinite possibilities. Nearly two years later, soon-to-be college freshman, Reiji Mukudori, is finally able to buy a copy of the game and start playing. With some help from his experienced older brother, Shu, and his partner Embryo, Reiji embarks on an adventure into the world of Infinite Dendrogram. Just what will he discover and encounter in this game world known for its incredible realism and infinite possibilities?
