Well, sort of.
Discotek Media previously made another pickup pleased a lot of fans as the two seasons for Haruka Nogizaka’s Secret were acquired and released back in 2018. What’s been surprising is how long it’s taking to start distributing these through streaming services to raise a bit more awareness for them since a sizeable number of fans never even look at home video releases. Pluto TV has added both shows to their lineup but their service hasn’t placed them propertly. Essentially, the first season has just episode 5 listed while the second season has episode 4 – and both are listed as 30-minute movies. So it’s incredibly counterproductive and it’s been that way for a week so far, making it seem like they just aren’t paying attention.
Sometimes you can grow too fast.
The series originally aired in 2008 but was one of many lost to the financial market chaos of the time and the market contraction on the anime distributor side.
