"You're making a Spider-Man film!" "No, you're making a Spider-Man Film!"

With plans made back in September 2019 for the third installment of Spider-man between Sony and Marvel, it’s been amusing in the last couple of days with it. The project had some of the younger stars having fun on their Instagram accounts showing off simple images of themselves and coming up with their own names for it. After Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home, what would the third one be?

They opted for Spider-Man: Phone HomeSpider-Man: Home-Wrecker, and Spider-Man: Home Slice.

That, naturally, had Marvel stepping in to reveal the formal title today with Spider-Man: No Way Home

The film, originally planned for a summer 2021 debut pre-pandemic, already had the base cast returning with Tom Holland as Peter Parker along with Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Tony Revolori, and Jacob Batalon. It was also previously set that Jon Watts would return to direct this installment as well, which is definitely welcome for the continuity and comfort with the cast and the larger narrative going on.

The film is scheduled with a December 17th, 2021 debut and has additional stars with Benedict Cumberbatch, Jamie Foxx, and Alfred Molina.
