With a game that launched back in 2015, I★CHU we got the nod way back in April 2019 that an anime adaptation is in the works with I★CHU Étoile Stage. The series was given a January 6th, 2021 premiere date for it on Tokyo MX before rolling out elsewhere. With the show underway, the official site has now dropped a promotional spot for the fifth episode that will arrive on February 3rd, 2021.
Hitoshi Nanba has signed on to direct based on the series scripts supervised by Yoshimi Narita. Mina Osawa is handling the character designs with Lay-duce working on the animation production.
