Business is booming, and this might not be such a bad life, after all…as long as her supposed Sainthood doesn’t come back to haunt her.

A pretty good combo property has found its way into Seven Seas’ hands this past spring they picked up the rights to The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent. In September, we learned that an anime adaptation of some sort was in the works but it was unclear what kind of project it was. That’s now been revealed to be a TV series project with an update to the official site that has resulted in the new key visual below as well.

The light novel series from Yuka Tachibana and artist Yasuyuki Syuri began in 2017 and has five volumes out through Kadokawa so far. It also spawned a manga series in 2017 handled by Fujiazuki serialize in Flos Comic which has four volumes and is ongoing.

Check out the official site and Twitter.

Plot Concept: Sei, a 20-year-old office worker, is whisked away to a whole new world. Unfortunately for Sei, the ritual that summoned her—meant to produce a “Saint” who would banish the dark magic—brought two people over instead of one. And everyone prefers the second girl over Sei?! But this is just fine by Sei, who leaves the royal palace to set up shop making potions and cosmetics with her newfound magic. Business is booming, and this might not be such a bad life, after all…as long as her supposed Sainthood doesn’t come back to haunt her.
