The end of 2019 saw Bandai Visual bring out the Blu-ray release for the theatrical recompilation cut of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: A New Translation through newly reduced-priced editions. Now, the company is going back to the core TV series itself for a new release that includes English subtitles (and the original opening and closing sequences.) The 50-episode series is getting released as two box sets that arrive on November 26th, 2020, and now the packaging design has arrived as they’re part of the UC Library grouping. They’re both priced at 20,000 yen and will include the extras from before with the clean opening and closings, digital archive from the 2008 set, and a booklet.
