‘The Vampire Dies in No Time’ Anime Adaptation Detailed

2 min read

A new anime project was announced this past May as being in the works for The Vampire Dies in No Time, which is known as Kyuketsuki wa Sugu Shinu in its original form. It’s been quiet since then but now Akita Shoten has brought out the details for it. The series is directed by Hiroshi Koujina based on the series composition by Yuki Sugawara. Mayuko Nakano is handling the character designs for it and Madhouse is on board for the production.

The full cast will be revealed later but Jun Fukuyama is playing Dralc while Makoto Furukawa is playing Ronaldo.

The series from Itaru Bonnoki began in Weekly Shonen Champion in June 2015 and has sixteen volumes out as of November 2020.

Check out the official site and Twitter (TBA).

Plot Concept: After a vampire hunter learned of a mansion inhabited by a vampire rumored to have kidnapped a kid, he went there intending to take the monster down. However, the vampire turned out to be a wimp who keeps turning into ash at the smallest things… And that kid wasn’t being held captive, he was just using the “haunted house” as his personal playground!
