The fall 2020 original anime project called Maesetsu! is getting some new promotion since making its Japanese debut on October 11th, 2020. The official site has brought out the first preview of the fourth episode that’s due out on November 1st, 2020
Funimation will be bringing it out starting on October 11th, 2020 with it open to viewers in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Additionally, it’ll be available in Australia and New Zealand on AnimeLab, and in France, Germany, Scandinavia, and Russia on Wakanim.
The work involves Shota Goto as a scriptwriter and we learned recently that Yuu Nobuta of High School Fleet has boarded the project to direct it. Katsuzo Hirata is on board with the character designs and animation production is being handled by Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ.
The Japanese cast includes Aguri Ōnishi as Fubuki Kitakaze (Tokonatsu), Naomi Ōzora as Mafuyu Kogarashi (Tokonatsu), Hiromi Igarashi as Rin Shinya (R凸), Sakura Nakamura as Nayuta Asōgi (R凸), Yūki Takada as Manatsu Kogarashi (Tsundora), Nozomi Furuki as Kanae Kanenari (Tsundora), Asuka Aida as Eru Kusaba (JK Cool), Ayaka Shimizu as Arashi Waraino (JK Cool), Junki Tomita as self (Freak!), Ubu no Hatsuna as self (Freak!), Masatake Yamamoto as self (BANBANBAN), Hiromi Sameshima as self (BANBANBAN), Risako Murai as Hajime Chūkan, Seirou Ogino as Carlos Ali, Kentarō Tone as manager, and Rei Shimoda as Aunt Keiko.
A four-panel manga is in the works from Kagami Yoshimizu of Lucky Star fame.
