Crunchyroll Adds Third ‘One Room’ Series For Fall 2020 Anime Lineup
The summer 2018 anime series One Room is getting a follow up as a third season as revealed this past March. We learned recently that the series has a premiere date of October 5th, 2020, and now Crunchyroll – who streamed the first two series – has confirmed their pickup of this one as well. No date is set for it yet but it’ll be available to viewers in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
The series has Yasuhiro Okuda handling the character design adaptations and it’s all based on the original story plan by Eiji Mano with Takashi Sakuma serving as the general producer. It’s being animated at Typhoon Graphics.
The returning Japanese cast includes M.A.O as Yui Hanasaka, Rie Murakawa as Natsuki Momohara and Rie Takahashi as Minori Nanahashi. Miyu Tomita as Akira Kotokawa and Yumiri Hanamori as Saya Orisaki joined the cast this season.
Plot concept: Series of shorts that will tell stories of “three sisters raised in your (one) room.”
