The multimedia project known as Assault Lily Project is getting ready to put one piece of it into anime form as a project called Assault Lily Bouquet was previously announced. The series is set with an October 1st, 2020 debut where it’ll hit on TBS and BS-TBS in Japan as well as Amazon Prime video distribution in Japan. With this coming up tomorrow, Funimation has now revealed that they’ll be streaming the series as part of their fall lineup on their service.No regional availability was provided with the release information.
The series will have Shouji Saeki directing it with Mieko Hosoi working on character designs and SHAFT on animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Hikaru Akao as Riri Hitotsuyanagi, Yūko Natsuyoshi as Yuyu Shirai, Mikako Izawa as Kaede Johan Nouvelle, Rimi Nishimoto as Fumi Futagawa, Risa Tsumugi as Tazusa Andō, Haruki Iwata as Thi Mai Yoshimura, Sana Hoshimori as Kuo Shenlin, Hikaru Tohno as Wang Yujia, Karin Takahashi as Miliam Hildegard von Globius, Rie Takahashi as Shiori Rokkaku, Minami Tsuda as Soraha Amano, Sayaka Harada as Ksumi Egawa, and Juri Nagatsuma as Shinobu Izue.
The group “RAISE A SUILENE” from the BanG Dream anime will perform the opening theme song while Hitotsuyanagi-tai is handling the ending theme song “Edel Lilie.”

Plot Concept: On Earth in the near future, humanity faced imminent destruction from mysterious giant creatures known as “Huge.” The entire world unites against the Huge, and successfully develops weaponry known as “CHARM” (Counter Huge Arms) by combining science and magic. CHARM exhibits high rates of synchronization with teenaged girls, and the girls who use CHARM are viewed as heroes called “Lilies.” Throughout the world, “Garden” military academies are established to train Lilies to face the Huge and to serve as bases to protect and guide people. This is a story about fighting girls who aim to become Lilies at one such Garden.
