KSM Anime is handling the home video release plans for the spring 2018 anime series Layton Mystery Tanteisha: Katri no Nazotoki File and have now updated their plans. The distributor recently set the fifth box set release for this series which covers episodes forty-one through fifty with it arriving today. Price at 39.99 euro, they’ve now brought out the first trailer for it to give us a taste of the German-language dub that was created for the release – which does come with the Japanese dialogue as well as German subtitles.
The project has Akihiro Hino serving as the creative director and working on the series composition with Susumu Mitsunaka on board as the hands-on director. Yoko Takada is working on adapting the character designs from Tetsuzou Nagano with LIDENFILMS producing the animation.
The Japanese cast includes Kana Hanazawa as Katrielle “Kat” Layton, Juurouta Kosugi as Sherl, Kyousuke Ikeda as Noah Montoir, and Youhei Tadano as Darjeeling Aspowalo.
