The spring 2020 anime adaptation of Yasuyuki Kosaka’s manga series Hokago Teibo Nisshi is localized with the name of Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater. It’s Japanese home video release details have been set by Kadokawa with the series getting a three-volume release that was set to begin on June 26th, 2020. With the show delayed now, the series is set for a new start on September 25th, 2020 and we have a look at the wrap for the first volume that shows the front and back of the cover. The DVDs are priced at 11,000 yen each while the Blu-rays are priced at 13,000 yen each. Check out the schedule and known details below!
The series has Takaharu Okuma directing based on the series composition by Fumihiko Shimo. Katsuhiro Kumagai is handling the character designs while Doga Kobo is involved with the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Kanon Takao as Hina Tsurugi, Natsumi Kawaida as Natsumi Hodaka, Yū Sasahara as Yūki Kuroiwa, and Satomi Akesaka as Makoto Ohno.
The manga began in 2017 as his first series with five volumes out as of its broadcast debut.

Plot Concept: The series follows Hina Tsurugi, a first-year student who moves to a town by the sea. While Tsurugi is more of an “indoor kid” who enjoys things like arts and crafts, she is suddenly thrown into the world of fishing when an older student, Yuuki Kuroiwa, invites her to be a part of the school’s fishing club.
