Originally released almost two decades ago by Funimation, Discotek Media has revealed their plans for the release of the Lupin the 3rd: The Pursuit Of Harimao’s Treasure special. The distributor will be bringing it out as a bilingual release using the dub Funimation produced for it and it’ll be in 1080p. New translation notes will be included as well and you can see the artwork to the right. That release has now gotten formal scheduling as it’s set for a November 27th, 2020 debut priced at $24.95.

Plot Concept: The infamous bandit Harimao hid a treasure, and to retrieve it, Lupin and the gang must gather three lost statues. When the Nazi-like group Neo-Himmel make a run for the goods, Lupin reluctantly partners with the aging “double-O” MI-6 agent Sir Archer and his granddaughter Diana to gather he statues first.
