Marina is about to close up shop when a newspaper breaks through the window. What the heck is this newspaper made out of!? The next day, the girls of PoPiPa stop by CiRCLE and watch Marina tape up the window. Tape, huh? Whatever works I suppose. Marina complains to the girls about the incident last night. Saya picks up the newspaper, The Girls Band Time, and reads it. To her surprise, it’s about her family’s bakery!? Upon closer inspection, it seems to be about the “Poppin’Pastry” episode from earlier in the season. This is starting to sound like a reference to Kyoufu Shinbun. It would explain the hilarious face that Marina makes every time the newspaper breaks a window. You’ll be seeing it a lot in this episode. Later that night, another newspaper gets thrown the window. Poor Marina.
The next day, the girls of Afterglow stop by and Himari starts reading the newspaper. It’s about her gaining weight! Yup, it’s predicting the “Himari SOS” episode. Himari isn’t too pleased about this news. At night, Marina has boarded up the window and is angrily waiting to see what happens. A newspaper is thrown through a different window! Poor, poor Marina. The next day, the girls of PasuPare stop by and see the news about their tea party in the desert. Ah yes, the “Pastel✽Desert” episode. Wait a minute, wasn’t the tea party in the desert just Maya’s hallucination!? Who the heck would know about that!? This is bonkers. Later that night, Marina puts up a mailbox that clearly states that newspapers should go in there. Sadly, the newspaper is thrown through yet another window. The next day is the same old story. The girls of Roselia stop by and read about Lisa looking adorable in anything. That “Lisa Couture” episode was great. I think I’m going to watch it again real quick.
Another night, another broken window. The girls of HaroHapi visit next and read about Misaki acting strange at a tea party. That would definitely be the “Misaki Madness” episode. Also, how does this newspaper know that Misaki is involved with the band?! The girls also point out that the newspaper says that something terrible will happen to Marina in two weeks. Two weeks!? Something terrible is happening to her now! As usual, another newspaper breaks a window that night. Marina has to pay for those broken windows, you know? It looks like she has to get a second job. In a hilarious twist, she gets a job delivering newspapers. She tosses one through the window of Kasumi’s room. Kasumi ends up making the same hilarious face that Marina has been making this entire episode, haha.
In Summary:
Seriously, what were those newspapers made of? So many broken windows! It gives a whole new meaning to breaking news, does it not? Come on, that was funny! But more importantly, who’s been taking all these pictures of the girls? They must have been lurking in the shadows this entire season. Also, could all this window breaking be revenge against Marina for using the girls as Tetris blocks a few episodes back? Or maybe, just maybe, Marina from the future is behind all of this!?
