When a show doesn't even warrant a complete collection, it tells you a lot.

Originally airing back in the summer of 2014, Sentai Filmworks has rolled out a trailer for their channel for the Argevollen series. The twenty-four episode show hasn’t been heard from much in several years but a new trailer reminds you of what once was. The series is still in print from Sentai Filmworks and it’s also streaming on HIDIVE. While it received two half-season sets previously, it never got a complete collection.

Check out our reviews of the first and second Blu-ray releases.

The series was directed by Atsushi Ootsuki based on the series composition by Tatsuo Sato. Yuichi Oka served as the chief animation director and character designer with Xebec handling the production of the animation.

The Japanese cast includes Hiroshi Tsuchida as Samonji Ukyō, Ryota Ohsaka as Susumu Tokimune, Saori Ōnishi as Jamie Hazaford, and Sayaka Ohara as Suzushiro Saori.

The series features the opening theme songs #1: “Tough Intention” and “ZoNE-iT” by KOTOKO and the ending theme songs “Faith” by Sachika Misawa and #2: “Vivid Telepathy” by Nami Tamaki.

Plot Concept: The countries of Arandas and Ingelmia have been long embroiled in battle, with countless soldiers on each side falling in the line of duty. Devastation seems to be inevitable, unless Susumu, the pilot of the Argevollen, has anything to say about it.
