Funimation picked up the rights to the Listeners series some time ago and has done a lot of solid promotion for it both before it began and after its April 4th, 2020 debut. The latest bit to get added is one of the things I always welcome with the opening and closing sequences being streamed. They continue to be one of the best ways to entice someone into checking out a show with a good tune or some good looking designs through the animation.
This series features multiple theme songs as performed by series lead Rie Takahashi. We’ve had the first five of them added so far and now the sixth iteration, which you can check out below, has been added as it features the song “Trauma” for it.

Plot Concept: The “great adolescent symphony” is set in a world where nothing called “music” exists. A boy meets Myū, a mysterious girl with an empty audio input jack on her body. When she is plugged into an amp, something that will change the world is set in motion …. “Thus begins a journey of sound that will never be forgotten.”
