Chimboken’s Delivery Boy Hentai Manga Review

4 min read
It’s cute and silly but damn it, it works. Definitely worth taking a peek at.

Sometimes food delivery becomes an afternoon of playfulness.

Originally serialized in Comic Bavelfrom the June 202 installment, Chimboken’s Delivery Boy is a twenty-page story from creator Hatimoto, who has ten or so other works on the service. This was my first experience with this creator and it was definitely a fun one. Hatimoto has the hentai touch to be sure but this operated more like a hentai-comedy and that comes through in the artwork where it feels lighter and more fun in how it lets itself unfold. The settings made more of an impact here and there’s some really nice creativity that speaks to the situation and characters as well that felt like it set things apart quite nicely, making me want to check out more of their works.

The story focuses on Kenji, a delivery guy for the Chimboken restaurant. He’s dealing with it being a hot day and a lot of orders but he’s pretty happy when a local order comes in from a lady that he definitely enjoys delivering to. Unnamed, so we’ll just call her Lady, she’s got a big food order since she loves the taste she can’t get from her own cooking and that has her inviting Kenji in for a little bit of it as well since she got so much. And he’s not going to pass up either a little break or a chance to check out just how stacked she is in a tank top. It’s a simple setup and just watching her enjoy the food is fun enough. But she also gets him to sit close to her so she can give him a bit of food directly, which he misreads – sorta – her interest in being physical. He’s just a little handsy which actually makes her laugh and decide to just go all the way since she had kind of initiated some of these events.

What’s interesting is that we get Kenji presented as a virgin so she’s happily teaching him the basics along the way, which he’s obviously all too eager to learn. It’s not something that’s mocked by her and she makes it clear she doesn’t get much satisfaction out of her husband these days. But what’s fun is that we get two scenes out of it. The first is a simple thing in the living room where he gets his first experience that’s about as quick as you’d really expect. But she also offers to let him shower and clean up before work, which in turn gets him in the mood again. It’s a bit more “porn-y” than the opening scene but I really loved the sequence where during it he looks over and sees the two of them in the mirror and is just giddy over finally having sex. It’s such an honest and earned moment – one where she looks great during it as well – that it just made me smile a whole lot.

In Summary
While the whole seducing the delivery boy thing isn’t a myth, it isn’t something that happens often in general. So getting to see it play out with two people that are pretty happy and enjoyable here works well, even if there’s a cheating element to it that’s almost kept entirely out of the picture of not for an off-handed mention. Our leading lady looks great and you get a good sense of the heat of the day that’s making an impact on decisions and actions in a couple of different ways. The appeal is just how stacked she is but there’s definitely more to it than that once it gets underway as Hatimoto captures a really nice kind of mature playfulness about her that’s like a teacher. It’s cute and silly but damn it, it works. Definitely worth taking a peek at.
