The Weekly Comics Discussion Post For May 17th, 2020

Taking a look at our recent comics coverage!

We had a week of no movies – which is frustrating – so instead of struggling there, I thought I’d talk comics this week and do a bit of a roundup. With the publishers starting to come back online and distribution opening up, we’ve got more new books coming in soon that will get people talking again. The folks at Diamond have their look at what’s coming out on May 27th, 2020 as well here.

This past week had some fun news as we saw DC Comics bring out their July 2020 adjusted slate of releases and we’re seeing a number of title being shunted to digital-only to finish out, which is definitely frustrating. DC also brought out a trailer for their next YA graphic novel with a modernized origin with Wonder Woman: Tempest Tossed. One of my favorite new series from Vault Comics had a lot of fun this past week as they released a free downloadable coloring book for Money Shot which you can nab here.

Don’t forget to take a peek at the top twenty adult graphic novels for April 2020!
