With a domestic release out almost a decade ago by Sentai Filmworks, the folks at RetroCrush are doing some new promotion for Allison & Lillia. The twenty-six episode series has been released into various streaming outlets in its original Japanese language with English subtitles as no dub was produced for it. Now, RetroCrush is doing some promotion for it with a new clip, something that the show really never had much of before.
RetroCrush previously was offering it for free viewing for Prime members but you can also buy episodes in HD for $1.99 each or the whole season for $42.99. No HD release is available in Japan but an SDBD release is coming up this year.

The main Japanese cast includes Nana Mizuki as Allison Whittington and Lillia, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Treize, and Motoko Kumai as Wilhelm Schultz.
The show is based on the manga Allison created by Keiichi Sigsawa which had artwork by Hiroki Haruse. It ran for a single volume that was collected in 2007.

Plot Concept: Set in a continent divided into two commonwealths that have been engaged in war for hundreds of years, Allison and Will go on a mission to search “the treasure that will put an end to the war”. Their hope is inherited to their daughter Lillia, who strives to thaw the torn nations into a united country. This anime encourages young generations to believe in a world without hatred or war regardless of nationality and beliefs.
