The yuri manga series Fragtime from creator Sato had revealed back in March 2019 that an anime adaptation is in the works. The OVA project received a limited theatrical release as a November 22nd, 2019 debut and now the home video release plans are set. Pony Canyon will bring the project out on May 13th, 2020 where there’s a regular edition DVD priced at 3,800 yen and a limited edition Blu-ray priced at 7,800 yen. As that’s still a bit away, we now have a look at the cover artwork and full packaging design for the limited edition of it.

The LE will include a drama CD while the Blu-ray will have an audio commentary with the main cast, promos, TV spots, and a collaboration video.

The Japanese cast includes Miku Itō as Misuzu Moritani, Yume Miyamoto as Haruka Murakami, Chika Anzai as Yukari Kobayashi, Miyuri Shimabukuro, Miho Hayashi, Yuichiro Umehara, Azusa Tadokoro, Minami Takahashi, and Ayane Sakura.

Takuya Sato is directing it based on the screenplay he also wrote while Tear Studio is handling the animation production. Tomoko Sudo is on board to handle the character designs. Check out the new visual below as well as the character designs.

The manga began in 2013 on the Champion Tap! site from Akita Shoten which had two physical books published for it.

Plot Concept: Misuzu Moritani is a high school student that has the power to stop time for three minutes a day. One day, she uses that power to try to peek up the skirt of her classmate, the beautiful Haruka Murakami, but the power for some reason doesn’t work on Haruka, and Haruka finds out Misuzu’s secret.
