The spring 2020 anime adaptation of the Arte manga was announced is getting its home video releases handled by Toei Entertainment and they’ve set an interesting release pattern for it. The twelve-episode series is getting a three-volume Blu-ray release that begins on June 10th, 2020. It’s also getting a DVD release as just a box set on August 5th, 2020, which is when the final Blu-ray release comes out. The Blu-rays are priced at 13,200 yen each while the DVD box set is priced at 16,500 yen for the full series. Check out the artwork below.
The was directed by Takayuki Hamana based on the scripts by Reiko Yoshida. Chieko Miyakawa handled the character designs with Seven Arcs handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Junya Enoki as Angelo, Sayaka Ohara as Veronica, Kousuke Toriumi as Yuri, M.A.O. as Catalina, Kiyono Yasuno as Dacha, Yousuke Akimoto as Ubertino, Rie Tanaka as Sofia, and Haruka Tomatsu as Daphne.
Maaya Sakamoto will be performing the opening theme “Clove” for the series. We previously learned that Kiyono Yasuno is on board for the ending song “Hare Moyo.”
The manga comes from Kei Okubo which began in 2013 as serialized in Monthly Comic Zenon and has eleven volumes out so far. The first three volumes of the manga are available digitally in English from Amazon.
