While the Fairy Tail manga ended quite some time ago there are a few spinoffs that have been going on beyond it. One of those is now set to end with Fairy Tail: Happy’s Heroic Adventure making the reveal. Written and illustrated by Kenshiro Sakamoto, he’s now revealed via Twitter that the final chapter is arriving on April 2nd, 2020 in the Magazine Pocket app. The property began back in 2018 and has four volumes out with a fifth to come. Kodansha Comics is releasing the series in English but they’ve done it as a digital-only series.
Plot Concept: Happy of Fairy Tail was summoned to another world and became a hero! And its inhabitants aren’t human … They’re animals, with ears and tails to match! Guided by a mysterious talking heart, Happy soars through the skies of this new world, helping the friends he’s making along the way, like a cute bunny, an alluring fox, and even a dog that scares him! What is this place? And will Happy ever make it back home to Natsu and the rest of Fairy Tail?! A new adventure begins through uncharted territory, with Happy as the star and artwork by Kenshiro Sakamoto, creator of Pitch-Black Ten!
