The anime adaptation of the light novels for Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? was part of the summer 2019 season and had a solid run and home video release schedule after that. This past Wednesday saw the release of the OVA episode for the series and that has now found its way to the domestic streaming services with both Crunchyroll and Funimation bringing it out. It’s in its original Japanese language with English subtitles on both services.
The series is directed by Yoshiaki Iwasaki based on the series composition by Deko Akao. Yohei Yaegashi is working on the character designs with JC Staff handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Haruki Ishiya as Masato Osuki, Ai Kayano as Mamako Osuki, Sayumi Suzushiro as Wise, Sayaka Harada as Porta, Lynn as Medhi, and Satomi Arai as Shirase
The anime is based on the light novels by Dachima Inaka which began in 2017 and has six volumes out so far in Japan. Yen Press is starting the release of the novels in November 2018. A manga adaptation was launched in the fall of 2017 from Maitya which has one volume out so far.
