Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and DOOM: Eternal claims Google Stadia for March 16

DOOM and The Division 2 leads Google Stadia this week.

This week is dedicated to Tom Clancy. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is out for Google Stadia right now with the DLC, Warlords of New York.  You can explore and try to rebuild DC after a pandemic (sorry for the realness), or go to New York to stop a destructive biological weapon from being used.  While playable on other consoles, the Stadia version gets some perks. It will leverage Stream Connect which will allow players to see all of their teammates’ viewpoints.  It also will be both cross-play (playing with players on different platforms) and cross-progressional (all progression will carry from one game system to another).

If DC isn’t your place to be, maybe it’s hell? DOOM: Eternal will come to Stadia. Go to hell again and shoot up as many demons as you can. There are lots of new features that you’ll get to play in addition to the single player mode.  One of which is Battlemode, a two versus one multiplayer mode where players can either be a doom slayer or one of the demons try to take down the doom slayer. Go have fun and take out your frustrations from that side as well.

If you want to go more old-school for your shooting but get a little bit less serious you can try Serious Sam. The Serious Sam collection is on Stadia where you can try out all of the series Sam games.  The first two Serious Sam games will be their HD versions, Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter. Once you’re done with those, or if you want to skip around you can play the third game, Serious Sam 3: BFE.

Finally, if shooting is not your style, you can try digging or pulling off a heist. You can jump into the Steamworld universe by picking up SteamWorld Dig or SteamWorld Heist.  Both games throw you into a steampunk universe filled with adventure. For SteamWorld Dig you dig tunnels with Rusty, platforming and digging your way through Tumbleton’s mine.  In SteamWorld Heist you play as Dorothy who will search through the mines to find a missing person.
