KSM Anime Shows First ‘Bloom Into You’ Anime German-Dubbed Trailer

A solid dub with a really appealing package

Sentai Filmworks brought out their release of Bloom Into You with bilingual streaming and a home video release late last year and now we’re tracking the German release of the show. The series is being released as three separate volumes of four episodes each on separate DVD and Blu-ray editions. The set is bilingual in nature and comes with storyboards, two art cards, and on-disc extras of the clean opening and closing and a picture gallery. The TV anime series saw Makoto Kato directing based on the scripts by Jukki Hanada. Hiroaki Gohda is handling the character designs with animation production at TROYCA.

The series was directed by David Wald and the cast includes Luci Christian as Touko Nanami, Tia Ballard as Yuu Koito, Amber Lee Connors as Akari Hyuga, Brittney Karbowski as Koyomi Kano, Christina Kelly as Miyako Kodama, Clint Bickham as Seiji Maki, Greg Cote as Suguru Dojima, Marissa Lenti as Rei Koito, Patricia Duran as Riko Hakozaki, Samantha Stevens as Miyako Kodama,  and Shanae’a Moore as Sayaka Saeki.

The Japanese cast includes Yūki Takada as Yuu Koito, Minako Kotobuki as Touko Nanami, Ai Kayano as Sayaka Saeki, and Taichi Ichikawa as Seiji Maki.

The manga, which is available through Seven Seas Entertainment in English, began in 2015 and has seven volumes out so far in Japan.

Plot Concept: Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her…she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That’s when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she’s inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo romance finally begun?
