The Winter 2014 anime series No-Rin gets its home video releases handle by Kadokawa and they’ve got something new in the works. With a box set out back in 2016 that ran for 22,000 yen, Kadokawa has a new compact box set coming up with all twelve episodes on one Blu-ray disc priced at 9,900 yen. It’s set for release on March 25th, 2020 and they’re finally giving us a bit of a look at the packaging for it with just the cover unveiled so far. Check it out below!

Originally, the twelve-episode series received a six-volume release. The Blu-ray releases were priced at 7140 yen each while the DVDs are set at 6090 yen each.

Each of the original releases will come with a short novel for a total of six as well as a special CD that’s not listed as to what it will be yet. Each release will come with some on-disc extras as well such as the TV specials, clean opening and closing, promotional songs and teaser spots.

Plot Concept: When the national idol Kusakabe Yuka suddenly retired from the entertainment business, it shocked the world and it devastated teenager Hata Kosaku. Kosaku was Yuka’s biggest fan and her departure left him depressed. His classmates at the Tamo Agriculture School finally are able to get him to leave his room and attend his class, but to everyone’s amazement, Kusakabe Yuka (her stage name) comes into the class under the name Kinoshita Ringo as a transfer student. Kosaku realizes he has the once in a lifetime opportunity to get to personally know his dream girl and, together with his group of friends, try to find out why she is here and become closer than just classmates.
