The May 24th, 2019 release of the Promare film from Studio Trigger in Japan went over well and now we’re seeing the home video release side shape up. Handled by Aniplex Japan, the film saw a February 5th, 2020 release where there’ll be regular and limited edition releases for both formats. We had the cover artwork for it previously but now we have a fuller look at the packaging, which is pretty vibrant and slick looking! No extras are detailed with the release just yet but we now have the base cover artwork for it. I suspect this is the regular edition as the limited may be a bit more involved, but it definitely captures the style and tone  of the film well.

Check out our review of the film from its Anime Expo 2019 debut.
