Luffy's ready to stand up!

The One Piece: Stampede film is a part of the 20th-anniversary celebrations that did well for Toei and proved to be a lot of fun in general. Toei recently set a home video release date of March 20th, 2020 for the feature film and has scheduled six different editions for it. We’d gotten the baseline packaging for the deluxe edition previously but now a full spread visual of a larger size has arrived and here’s hoping the domestic release looks like this! They’re all very similar in terms of packaging design while the special/deluxe side has an extra disc of materials. The layout so far is set with:

– BD Deluxe Edition: 8800yen
– BD Special Edition: 5800yen
– BD Standard Edition: 4800yen
– DVD Deluxe Edition: 7800yen
– DVD Special Edition: 4800y0yen
– DVD Standard Edition: 3800yen

The deluxe edition comes with a 100-page booklet, stamps, stickers, an acrylic diorama of the main cast, and more such as an audio commentary, trailers, expo material, stage greetings, and other events.

Plot Concept: The world’s greatest exposition of the pirates, by the pirates, for the pirates – the Pirates Festival. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Crew receive an invitation from its host Buena Festa who is known as the Master of Festivities. They arrive to find a venue packed with glamorous pavilions and many pirates including the ones from the Worst Generation. The place is electric.
