Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions going for goal this year.
The renowned sports manga Captain Tsubasa is getting a game coming out fairly soon. Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions will be coming out in 2020. Developed by Bandai Namco, this game looks to take an arcade approach to soccer, with fast action and multiple characters. Characters will have special moves in order to score on their opponents or defend powerful shots. Players can go through Tsubasa Ozora’s story through the story mode to see the how Tsubasa becomes one of the best players. There will also be a multiplayer component with both local an online versus mode.
Bandai Namco dropped a trailer showing off what to expect.
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions comes out to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Steam later in 2020.
