Originally serialized in Comic Kairakuten from the January 2020 installment, Secret Therapy is a twenty-page story from creator Nekomata Naomi, who has just about two dozen or so other works on the service. This marked my first experience with this particular creator and I’m definitely adding them to my list of creators to check out for the artwork, but will be a bit more cautious in checking story information. The story points go down that awkward area that while a part of many a young man’s fantasies it’s something that when played out when one is older is simply that, awkward. Naomi’s artwork for it is pretty accurate in how it represents things but I’ll admit I really just loved seeing the nurse in how well designed she was here.

The premise is a little awkward at first as we get a couple of students walking in on the nameless nurse, aka sensei, as she’s very close to a female student that almost looks like they’re intimate. The reality is that it’s a male student that she’s somewhat friendly with who was in there and saw that she kept a spare uniform in the closet. The idea is for kids who are sick or need an outfit change because of sickness that she’d have it there. While she does brag that she can still wear it, when he calls her out on it she dares him to wear it. Which he does, ending in the problematic situation. What’s worse, however, is that after that he realizes he’s enjoying it a bit and when she starts tugging it off of him it ends up getting him off completely, resulting in some shame and a quick retreat with a promise to wash it.

This leads to more awkwardness when he returns the next day after school to give her the outfit. I do like that she tries to ease his mind in that everything sets off boys his age, but then she feels responsible and essentially offers him some release with her hands. That just gets out of control pretty quickly but she does her best to keep it to a lot of grinding and other manipulations to help him while getting wound up herself. It’s pretty amusing watching her justify everything but when he climaxes and then is overcome with need for more, she loses what little control she had. While the situation is squicky, the artwork for the nurse is just fantastic here and she moves well with glasses and without, haired tied up and then undone, and with some sweet curves that you don’t always get from hentai manga that really drives home the appeal.

In Summary
Secret Therapy plays with some of the usual story elements that come from young men who are easily set off at that age. It’s a bit more story-oriented than I expected it to be and the setup goes on for a good bit, keeping the actual interaction for the key part of it shorter than expected but working within the story itself. This is one of those tales where you kind of just ignore part of what’s going on with the characters, like on mute, and enjoy it for the visual design of our nurse. Nekomata Naomi puts in some really strong material here with her and the setting and it’s definitely enough to make me investigate more of their artwork and stories, just outside of this particular locale.
