The winter 2019 anime adaptation of the Kaguya-sama: Love is War manga did well enough in combination with the live-action film as a second season of the anime has been green-lit. The anime side has the main staff and cast returning and now we know that it’s being set for an April 2020 debut thanks to a teaser video through the official site that you can see below.
Mamoru Hatakeyama directed based on the series composition and supervision by Yasuhiro Nakanishi. Yuuko Yahiro worked on the character designs and A-1 Pictures was behind the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Aoi Koga as Kaguya Shinomiya, Makoto Furukawa as Miyuki Shirogane, Konomi Kohara as Chika Fujiwara, Ryōta Suzuki as Yū Ishigami, and Yumiri Hanamori as Ai Hayasaka.

The manga began in Miracle Jump in early 2015 from Aka Akasaki and moved to Young Jump in 2016. The property has fifteen volumes out as of October 2019
