10th ‘Kabukicho’ Anime Episode Previewed

The fall 2019 anime series Kabukicho Sherlock is getting its simulcast handled as Case File nº221: Kabukicho and it kicked off back on October 11th, 2019 with Funimation streaming it. The Japanese side is getting more promotion out there now for this two-cour show with the first promotional spot for the tenth episode that’s due out on December 13th, 2019.

The show has Ai Yoshimura directing it with Taku Kishimoto handling the scripting side. Toshiyuki Yahai is on board with the character designs and Production I.G. on the anime production.

The previously announced Japanese cast includes Katsuyuki Konishi as Sherlock, Yūichi Nakamura as John H. Watson, Seiichirō Yamashita as James Moriarty, Sōma Saitō as Fuyuto Kyogoku, Nao Tōyama as Mary Morstan, Mariko Higashiuchi as Lucy Morstan, Yutaka Aoyama as Michel Belmont, Tatsumaru Tachibana as Toratarō Kobayashi, Seiichirō Yamashita as James Moriarty, and Junichi Suwabe as Mrs. Hudson.
