The Soul Reapers’ battle continues to rage!

Viz Media has put out the solicitation for sixth Bleach Blu-ray set with it now scheduled to land on March 10th, 2020. This set will bring out episodes 140 through 167 in bilingual form. It’s priced at $54.97 and the cover artwork for it was released as well that you can see to the right.

The set includes the clean opening and closings and an art gallery as well as a Viz Staff audio commentary for episodes 155 and 166.

It’s been a long wait since the fourth set which arrived in May 2018 and then the more recent fifth volume on December 3rd, showing an uptick in scheduling to get the project moving again.

Plot Concept: The Soul Reapers’ battle continues to rage as Ichigo and his friends manage to drive off Grimmjow and the rest of the Arrancars. But with this fight over, a new threat emerges as Orihime is taken hostage by Sosuke Aizen. Will Ichigo, Uryu and Chad be able to defeat the Arrancars’ most powerful fighters—the Espada—and rescue her from Aizen’s stronghold of Las Noches in Hueco Mundo?
