The Review:
Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
The last few episodes certainly played to a wacky level but things for Null & Peta settle down a bit for this episode. Null’s trying to understand what’s going on with Peta as she’s acting unusual, keeping to her own and doing some light repairs up in her room late in the day. She’s dinged up to be sure but also doesn’t want any help from Null with it, which just makes Null all the more concerned as it gets worse day by day. That eats at Null until she goes stalking her to see what’s going on, which leads to a weird situation at the school that’s just unnerving but very much what you’d expect from Peta in how she’d allow herself to go through this with the little creatures.

In Summary:
With some details still to be revealed with it, we see how Peta has been dealing with a virus that’s cascading through her system and how she’s doing things for the school itself. There’s hints of bigger things going on here that don’t surprise at all as the show has felt like it’s been hiding some secrets the whole time. There’s a very different tone about this episode overall, especially in the beginning with the repairs, and it has a neat feeling overall.
