Bananya has managed to delight with its different approach this season and that’s helped a lot after a first series that was cute but very forgettable. This installment is comical as Bananya found a manga that came down with the meteor before and it’s all about ninjas. That has him and Droopy-eared Bananya deciding to play at being ninjas for a bit, which means getting costumes together for it. THat they go to Ninja Bananya for lessons is even more amusing as we see them doing all the moves, including the Naruto-style running that makes me laugh even after all these years learn well enough with the basics and face the tougher challenges with heart, such as the clone technique that’s hard to master. Of course, all of this and what they do makes everyone else angry, and that’s definitely a fun challenge to see how they cope with it.
In Summary:
This season continues to amuse me with what it does and how it plays with the consequences of actions and the variety of things that occur. Bananya gets into a lot of different things in general and seeing him and our newest Bananya-critter playing at being ninjas is just adorable. That they cause so much trouble is no surprise and it’s silly for all the right reasons.
