The new Fruits Basket complete anime wrapped up its first season recently and fans are waiting on that second season coming next year. Which is the perfect time for Funimation to expand their reach on the show with the home video release coming up next month. Getting some new promotion out for it, they’ve now dropped their first preorder trailer for the first part that lands on November 19th, 2019 which comes with some really cute figures!
The English cast includes Laura Bailey as Tohru Honda, Eric Vale as Yuki Soma, Jerry Jewel as Kyo Soma, John Burgmeier as Shigura Soma, Tia Ballard as Kagura Soma, Mikaela Krantz as Momiji Krantz, Justin Cook as Hatsuharu Soma, Kent Williams as Hatori Soma, Elizabeth Maxwell as Arisa Uotani, Colleen Clinkenbeard has come on as Akito Soma, Christopher R. Sabat as Ayame Soma, and Jad Saxton as Saki Hanajima
The new series has Yoshihide Ibata directing based on the series composition by Taku Kishimoto. Masaru Shindo is handling the character designs with TMS Entertainment handling the production.
The Japanese cast includes Manaka Iwami as Tohru Honda, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Yuki Sohma, Yūma Uchida as Kyo Sohma, Yūichi Nakamura as Shigure Sohma, Atsumi Tanezaki as Arisa Uotani, Satomi Satou as Saki Hanajima, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Hatori Sōma, Maaya Sakamoto as Akito Sohma, Takahiro Sakurai as Ayame Sōma, and Miyuki Sawashiro as Kyoko Honda.
